What Do Your Customers Want? Let’s Find Out Together

When you are running a business, it is important to realize that your customers have needs that go far beyond just ordering a service from you. They need more than this, but if you don’t know what these are, you aren’t going to be able to fulfil them. If you haven’t been looking hard enough, you will never know what you have to do to give your customers the best possible experience when they visit your company. So, let’s look at what your customers want together, and we will help you to figure out how to implement these features in your business.

Something New

Pic Link

If you are offering your customers the same old thing, they are not going to be interested in what you are trying to sell them. Instead, you need to be offering your clients something new and exciting for them to get their teeth into. So, if you are a company that provides a service, spice it up a little. Make it known that you are offering something that other companies in your industry aren’t. You need to attract these customers to your business, and you are not going to do that unless you stand out.

You might think that altering your service to something new is going to be a big risk, and you could be right. But, sometimes you have to take risks. Customers like it when you dare to be different, so this is what you need to do.

Communication

An open line of communication between you and the client is essential. We know that dealing with customer complaints and negative reviews isn’t exactly fun, but it has to be done if you want to keep them happy. If someone posts a negative review, make sure that you are responding to it so that they know you care. Try to find the best solution for both parties involved so that you can make your customer happy, and avoid any further issues.

The same goes for your customer service line. Many companies will have consumers on hold for hours waiting to speak to someone about the issues that they are experiencing. Don’t let your company be one of these. Obviously, it is not possible to handle all calls at the same time, and when there is a particularly large volume of people with concerns, it can be hard to manage. But, you need to be able to do this because this is what your clients want from you.

Great Value

Image Location

You need to be offering great value for your goods or services. If you don’t, your customers are going to flock away from your business faster than you can say goodbye. This is because they want a fair price for what you are offering and if you cannot provide that, then they will find somewhere that can. You need to be keeping your prices competitive with other companies on the market so as not to have this problem. If that means lowering your prices, this is what you are going to have to do. We know that sometimes this can be difficult as there is a reason your prices are set the way they are, however, if you want to stay competitive which is what customers like, you are going to have to grit your teeth and bear it.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that your customers are going to stay loyal to you if your prices are higher than everyone else’s. This might be the case if they are only slightly higher, but if you are miles ahead in terms of the money you are asking for your service, you are going to be falling behind on the market.

Security

The final thing that we are going to discuss is security. Your customers want to know that you are offering them the highest levels of security when it comes to your business. If you aren’t, they are less likely to trust you and your company. So, you need to use a service that keeps the data and privacy of your customers safe. You could use something like Netverify to do this. Netverify offers plenty of benefits to customers, and that is why it’s a great tool to use for your company. Using something like this will show your customers that you care about what they want, by proving that you care about the safety of their information.

So, hopefully after reading this article you know more about what your customers want and how to do this. If you take this advice and implement these things into your business, your levels of customer satisfaction are going to soar.

3 Things You Should Say No To While Writing

Struggling with your challenging essays and dream to become a successful student? Academic writing is not easy but the truth is that your success in college mostly depends on how well you can write academically. Unfortunately, we are not born good writers. If you want to improve your writing skills, you must work hard and be ready to make sacrifices. There are things you need to give up to succeed in your class.

Student, Studying, Writing

Learn to Prioritize

College is really fantastic and the most memorable time for everyone but it’s a great challenge as well. How can find enough time for studies and having fun with your friends? It’s really hard to get down to work and write your essay when there are always a lot of people around you and every day could be an exciting party if only you wanted to. Socializing is great but you should remember that you are in college to study and gain new experiences necessary for your future career. You should learn to say no to going parties and hanging out with your friends when you have homework to do.

Devote Your Time to Writing

No one can expect you to become a confident writer in a few days. You should plan your time ahead and work every day. If you work consistently, your skills will improve and you will write better. Besides, academic essays are complicated projects and require a lot of planning, doing research, outlining, writing, revising, editing, and proofreading. So, you should say no to laziness and procrastination when you have several papers to complete.

Many students cannot resist the temptation to procrastinate and waste a lot of time instead of working hard on their assignments. Sometimes, they remember about their essays on the nights they are due. Luckily, they can always get fast and cheap help online.

You just have to find the best cheap essay writing service and ask: “Write my assignment for me!” If you are lucky to find a reliable custom writing service, you will be able to sign with relief even if you have to submit your paper tomorrow morning. Experienced writers work fast. So if you decide to buy cheap papers as a way out of a messy situation, make sure you deal with an essay writing company with a good reputation that has experienced writers on the staff.

Give Up Unhealthy Choices

We all know that junk food can be tasty. It can be enjoyable to play video games the whole night instead of going to bed early. It’s hard to exercise regularly instead of watching an exciting TV series. But when you live an unhealthy lifestyle, you may end up being burned out and it’s impossible to study hard if you don’t feel well.

So if you want to achieve more in your studies, you should consistently make healthy choices. Join the gym, eat right, go for walks, and get enough sleep every night. Adopting a healthy lifestyle will help you stay more productive and achieve success.

Midnight Motivations and Musings # 33

1457762671569[1]

When all we do is to talk and we don’t do, it then becomes Cock and Bull story.

Our reflections and introspection must try to match our conducts for any meaningful change to occur and this applies to every aspect of our lives that requires change and growth.

Some might say ‘oh yes, it’s in the plan, tomorrow I will do it,’ yet five years down the line, their tomorrow is still waiting to arrive.

The future belongs to all those who embrace constant growth transformation and exploring its directions.

Your future does not know waiting because the future is right now as we  speak.

Tuesday Trickles #7…My Thinking Corner.

Every Tuesday, I share snippets of thoughts that I call ‘My Thinking Corner.’

I would like to invite you to participate. The challenge is quite simple.

Each Tuesday, share your very short snippets of positive, inspiring, motivating, health, spiritual, writing advice, clips, posts etc, that can serve as a prop to motivate others and simply add my link to your post.

I call it my thinking corner because, I actually take out a bit of time just to think through things, encapsulate my thoughts as much as possible and detoxify my mind.

It might work for you in a different way, but the idea is to get the positive thoughts flowing.

Please send in your little thoughts. You never know whose life you might inspire.

Affirm positive words over your life each day. They are little pebbles that helps you find your way.

If we spend our lives worrying about being judged, then we will simply do no living, because either sides of the coin, You will be judged!

You have to live in the present, to get the best from it. There is no better time for your best life other than now. Tomorrow, will arrive at it’s appointed time and you will deal with it equally.

On those rainy days and dark days of our lives, we must keep a flicker of light and an umbrella to shelter ourselves during such periods. The flicker of light and umbrella can be kept in the storehouse within you.

Peace is not going to run and grasp you by the hands. You run to peace and hold on to it with your tentacles as a consciously cultivated effort. Sometimes, having peace might involve letting go of some people who are simply not good for you.

Very wise thoughts sent in from Deb of Bookyglover

When you are not so sure, you could try doing this from Rosema of the Reading writer.

Can we hear you think aloud? Please do tell and join in with your little snippets.

Regards,

  • The single truth that we tell ourselves is a million times better than the half-truths that we are told by a dozen.
  • Hope is that last little flicker in the rubble of our burnt ashes. When you stoke the embers sufficiently, the flames will come alive.
  • Our dreams can never be the same neither will our journey. You must dream your dreams and not wait for hand-me- downs.
  • An empty heart will never have anything to give. Fill it with good things and it will overflow naturally.
  • Once that little voice in a mind asks, is this all there is? Then, there must be more to be done and we should be on the quest for that more.

The Rolling Train Of Thoughts…

1449039238764[1]

It is very easy to sit down and dreamily wish for the niceties that life has to offer, but the bare truth is that those niceties come at a certain price. That price entails working smart and being less slothful.

Achieving most of our life’s goals emanates from our minds, which now transforms itself into the required energy.

So in essence, how we treat this powerhouse (our minds) that controls virtually everything that we are or we aspire to become really matters.

We have to choose daily, the seeds that we plant in our minds very wisely.

A weevil eaten seed is already faulty and is likely not to germinate into anything, much less giving any yield.

Our actions or in-actions emanates from our thoughts or lack of thoughts.

When we change our thinking, we change our lives.

If our thoughts are not working for us, it is time to switch into a better route of thinking.

As my people will ask with a proverb, “If you are building a house and a nail breaks, do you stop building or do you change the nail?”

As we plant the seeds of our thoughts wisely, may we hold onto belief, hope and grace to bring about increase and a bountiful yield.

This is applicable to everyone, irrespective of our religious or non-religious incline.

Thank you Vincent Wambua for inviting me to partake in the 3 quote challenge. Let me extend the invitation to other inspiring bloggers in the house.

Here are the rules:

  1. Post 3 quotes on 3 consecutive days
  2. Thank the person who nominated you

When I Was Just A Little Girl…personal

ambition

I have to hum this song of Doris Day in my head while at it:

When I was just a little girl
I asked my mother what will I be
Will I be pretty will I be rich
Here’s what she said to me

Que Sera Sera
Whatever will be will be
The future’s not ours to see
Que Sera Sera
What will be will be

When I grew up and fell in love
I asked my sweetheart what lies ahead
Will we have rainbows day after day
Here’s what my sweetheart said

Que Sera Sera
Whatever will be will be
The future’s not ours to see
Que Sera Sera
What will be will be

Now I have children of my own
They ask their mother what will I be
Will I be handsome will I be rich
I tell them tenderly

Que Sera Sera
Whatever will be will be
The future’s not ours to see
Que Sera Sera
What will be will be
Que Sera Sera

Doris Day Que sera sera

Like most young children, I had as many aspirations as my diapers were changed, ranging from being a newscaster, an actress, a mother, a singer, a nurse, a pilot, a lawyer, a writer, a fashion designer….just about everything that you could think of in the book.

I don’t recall wanting to be a police officer, because the Nigerian police of my growing up years were not particularly inspiring.

We hardly knew what fire service men looked like, because if someone’s house unfortunately caught fire, they would attempt to quench the thirst of the licking hot flames with buckets of water while watching their properties turn to cinders, so I had no aspirations in that direction.

I fancied being a doctor at some point, because of the films that I watched, where they looked so capable and nice in their scrubs.

I dabbled a bit here and there in living my childhood dreams.

A bit of novice modelling and amateur acting, debating and writing for young magazines.

I learnt how to sew and realized that I would rather draw the designs than sew the clothes.

I studied law but I am not a practicing lawyer.

I went into international relations/French language and spent over a dozen years working with Multinational and Diplomatic corps.

After my children arrived, I waded into entrepreneurial ventures and found it to my liking – I love being the boss of me and having time for my young family.

In all my multi desires, the strongest desire which has not fallen by the wayside over time, but has only grown stronger has been my writing aspirations.

This is the flame that I want to keep stoking so that it can burn as high as possible and I think that my cumulative, diverse experiences brings a lot to bear into my writing.

I feel as if my writing is an embodiment of all my past aspirations and even those that are still at incubating stage such as some of my interests in Life coaching and Entrepreneurship. We shall see how it goes.

Now, I find several me’s embedded inside one me: Me (myself), me the wife, me the mother, me the child of my parents, me the writer, me the friend, me the life student and many more me’s to discover.

Life is a consistent transition and as I roll with the constant fluidity of life, part of the affirmations I make to myself are that:

I will live and not die wishing that I had lived better. I will live to declare the goods works of the Lord in the land of the living. I will live moment by moment, loving my life as it is and loving those around me. I will not live in fear of daring to succeed but will dare to succeed and fail forward.

We Have A Record…

GEMS largest human sentence

We may not be Emiratis, but we do live here and we feel proud to share in breaking the Guinness World Records along with our host country, especially as my daughter was among the almost 7,000 United Arab Emirates pupils who formed the World’s Largest Human Sentence.

We beat China, the previous record holder by several hundreds.

In the sea of whites, my daughter is a shiny white dot among the letter D.

Now, this has made my traipsing from shop to shop like a mall rat, while looking for a no-frills white shirt and the daunting feat of  engaging a selfish selfie taker in the restroom/washroom – that’s what we mainly call it here, worth all the trouble.

Remember, no selfies in the washrooms please. Thank you very much.

I am still smiling and feeling very magnanimous, I may just be a bit more forgiving to indiscreet toilet photographers if and when I catch them 🙂

Yippee! It’s Over Now…*singing a song*

Tra la la la! Yippee!woohoo

Tra la la la! Yippee!

I did it, Oh yes I did it!

I am doing a jig and a boogie-woogie at the same time 😉

I managed to finish the NaBloPoMo with a flourish.

Not a prompt missed.

Honestly, there were some mornings that I woke up and wanted to play truant, but the little effervescent encouraging voice in me kept prodding me to try, and this was in fierce contest with the little imp of discouragement that kept saying ”come on, just a day’s kicking back won’t hurt.”

It seriously, wasn’t easy trying to do this, coupled with other posts that I usually make, in essence, each day, I was posting 3 to 4 original articles per day.

Some of the prompts were fly by the seat of your pants prompt like The Daily Post; I love participating in The Daily Post because you just never know what the prompt is going to be all about, so it helps my thinking quickly on my feet.

Somethings did suffer a bit with all these writing and the very first one was my butt. This is my little ditty about a writers flat butt.

The second thing that took the flake was my book. Instead of a thousand words a day, I was limping in at 500 words.

Each night, by the time I read two paragraphs of the John Grisham that I am currently reading, I am out cold and I bet I was snoring too – mind you we ladies don’t snore, we just make delicate noises.

My hubby is too nice to tell me that I am snoring. He knows the side that his bread is buttered on *wink* if he wants his nice hot meals 🙂

Now to celebrate, I am just going to kick back for a couple of days; I will still post each day as usual; but not with the rabid intention of the past few days.

Where is my Irish cream and some deep tissue massage?

Hmm! I feel the relaxation coming on before the next upheaval.

Thank you for staying with me my dear friends and for all your beautiful support.

To persevere and to finish is really a good feeling 🙂

Moon Talk…

1448596808743[1]
It was a dark night in her life!
The twinkles of the sky beckoned from afar;
And the big glowing orb looked down at her.
In his sage, timeless understanding, he winked;
Old man moon she called, so softly.
How do I reach for the stars?
Old man moon laughed a jolly good laugh.

In timeless ways of an old sage, he said:
Little girl!
Dare to dream!
Asleep and Awake!
Close your eyes and stretch!
And reach for the skies!

She listened and she paused to listen again!
Then she closed her eyes;
She Dared to Dream;
Asleep and Awake!
She stretched!
When she opened her eyes;
She had caught some golden orbs of the brilliant Sun!
