‘Welcome to all my new follows and friends and Welcome to the click-a-link club.‘
I appreciate the choice you made in deciding to follow my blog, which I consider as a present.
If you notice, as much as I am a very individually minded person, I am also a very community minded and conscious person. In simple terms, I like people.
In here, I try to have a warm atmosphere that is welcoming for all and I cook in large quantities, because I never know who is coming to tea or dinner.
So, do make yourself comfortable and feel free to say hey anytime.
Are you comfortable now? Good. Now put up your feet on that plump purple cushy foot-rest in the corner and let’s have a quick chat while you get your feet massaged.
My bit of experience of blogging has shown me how grueling it…

Good morning, (good evening for you), if it’s not too much trouble, maybe you could include this link when you have room?
http://melindakucsera.com/2016/03/17/the-first-quest-a-last-request-part-2/
Lots of folks ‘like’ it but almost no one has viewed it (read it) and I worked very hard on it, both the story and the art work. Would love it if more than one person read it. A blogger once told a friend of mine that he hits like on everything in his read but never actually reads the posts. I don’t understand that mentality but I find it disheartening after spending hours crafting the piece. I hope you don’t run into that.
Thank you advance. If you can’t fit it, no worries. You’ve been more than generous in sharing my links. Have a lovely day/evening (whatever it happens to be when you read this.)

I would be very glad to my dear. It really is an irritating practice that I’ve observed in this space, yet they expect people to read their post
Very shameful!

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I loved Gemini’s story.
It is very shameful this practice. I wish there was someway to curb it. It makes it hard to discern who actually read the piece. I try hard to return reads but when 19 like a post and only 7 people have viewed it, I don’t know how to tell who to return the read to. So I’ve started just returning reads for those who comment. It’s so sad.

Hi Jackie,
If it’s not too much trouble, would you consider adding the link to the table of contents for the book I am writing and serially publishing on wp to your chain? It has an overview of the plot and maybe someone will take a gander and become interested in reading it: http://melindakucsera.com/2016/03/19/curse-breaker-enchanted-table-of-contents
Thank you so much!

What a wonderful and generous idea! I chose to use the introduction to a blog series I wrote in November and December, a series about the summer of 1970 which I spent doing migrant farm labor across the U.S. That summer was packed with experiences that shaped my life. https://livinglearningandlettinggo.wordpress.com/2015/11/25/1970-my-summer-as-a-migrant-farm-laborer-series-intro/
