Every day beautiful people # 12 ….

‘Human beings are born with the instinct to express themselves through movement. Even before he could communicate with words, primitive man was dancing to the beat of his own heart.’ Ben Fosse

As ordinary as it seems, I enjoy watching people go about their days affairs. It’s always an enriching experience.

The Black Cat and I….

1460123880808

As I walked I met a black cat

Sitting beside the trash can

Black cat and I

Stared each other in the eye.

His were vivid green

Mine as it’s always been

He meowed a bit

And he moved to my feet.

He looked mighty harmless

His velvety fur was spotless

And since he was nameless

I called him cuteness.

He couldn’t cast any spell

As far as I could tell

It must be an old wives tale

A superstitious belief gone stale.

To paint a poor kitty black

Not cutting it any slack.

I returned to pore over my mail

And indulged in a tall, cold glass of ginger ale.

Peeking and Clicking…

I honestly can’t claim that I have a fair idea of what I’m doing. In fact, I would be lying if I claimed to know. I am just having fun with today’s assignment since I am out all day with my troop.

According to today’s photo 101 prompt ‘Glass, Squared,’ we are to incorporate glass in today’s image: a window, a mirror, a wine glass, sunglasses or something else. It doesn’t matter what form the glass takes.

So here I go tinkering and peeking in or out.

Everyday Beautiful People #1….

Nothing catches my interest like ordinary people going about their normal life.

Over time, I have taken so many photos of others.

I find humans of all walks of life beautiful and fascinating

Some have inspired stories in my head and some have roused curiosity to want to know more, but there’s so much you can get to know 🙂

Dead and Alive…

Mundane Monday challenge is created to find beauty in almost everything.

The challenge is simple : find beauty in everyday mundane things, capture the beauty and upload the photographs.

I found this flower as I walked the pavement.

Though it had weeds trying to share its space, it still stood out.

Even the dried one’s had something  beautiful about them.

They’ve lived. It’s time to go and make space for another bloom.

Possibly, their pollen will help do the job of propagating more beauty elsewhere.

My Life’s Treasures…personal

Feeling lazy from yesterday’s indulgence, and with the bunnies still hopping around in my tummy, I am so thankful that I don’t have to traipse off looking for precise photo shoots this morning.

The photo 101 prompt asking us to show our treasure and close up, makes it a bit easy today. I am just going to clip on some photos of my treasures in here.

They are absolutely the very best blessings that life brought me 🙂

There is nothing else in the entire Universe, that I can translate into what these beautiful one’s mean to me.

Thank you very much. Now back to some snooze. Life is a bit on the slow lane 😉
