Besotted Readers…Every day beautiful people # 63

“Books are a uniquely portable magic.” Stephen King

We buy books like the magical garden for the children but derive utmost pleasure from reading them and being child-like again ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sometimes, I wonder who gets the most pleasure, the adult who isย still a child at heart or the child who soaks up the words in innocent wonder?

I know a lot of us who enter bookstores and come out buying more books than we planned to ๐Ÿ™‚

I am guilty all the time.

Below is my first just published Poetry Book โ€œOut of the silent breathโ€ which is available onย Amazon and Smashwords.

When you buy my book, youย support me in an invaluable manner.

Stars, Five Stars, Logo, Icon, Symbol, Five, Rating

From the very first poem, โ€œDreams,โ€ this book captivates with passionate and perceptive words. Jacqueline Oby-Ikocha captures a broad expanse of the human experience in this book of richly layered poems.

  1. I entered a book store this week and I was privileged to have spare money to buy two books after many years. Let us just say, I got “looks” in the store. Hehehehe. I wish I could enter a book to get your poetry Jacki, my amazon fix up will take longer than plan.

I love it when you decorate my heart with your words..
