Drink lots of water and give your liver a surprise. Your skin, hair, mind and body will thank you.
How do you see the glass of water of your life, half full or half empty? Perspectives and attitude make a lot of difference.

Below is my first just published Poetry Book “Out of the silent breath” which is available on Amazon and Smashwords.
When you buy my book, you support me in an invaluable manner.
Dance to your heart’s delight my African child, until echoes of your stamping feet, beating heart; bright eyes, smiling lips; and waving hands, resonates over and over like thunder claps, reverberating throughout the Universe.
I’m definitely a glass half full kinda gal!!!

Me too Ritu. It’s better that way because the truth is that things could be worse but they are not. Have a great week 🙂

Jackie, beautiful concept and photos- seems like with the warm weather, people spend a lot of their time in the malls. The crowded parking lots are evidence. I think some days half full and some days half empty- yes, that’s me.

Thank you, Susie. The place is brimming so I’ll agree with you that the warm weather does pull people out and about.

I have found people with such perspective to be more appreciative of life 🙂

You cannot have a half empty glass. If it’s empty it’s empty. So I’m half full always
