On Thursday’s, I share pictures about ‘Echos of my Neighbourhood.
I would like to invite you to participate. The challenge is quite simple.
Every Thursday, share a photo of bits and pieces of wherever you are at any point in time. It could be houses, backgrounds of your neighbourhood, activities and so forth and you can tag it Echos of my Neighbourhood, add my link to your post so that I will get the ping from your post.
Every other Thursday, I will publish a post with the links of all those who participated the previous week.
This is just a fun way of getting to see more of the World around us through your eyes, since we cannot all be at those places, we can at least see them through you.
Last Week Echoes harvested quite new awesome peeks of different neighbourhoods, so board the flight with me and let’s go have a look see 🙂
What a good catch from dollops of heedful ramblings.
More of Copenhagen from Giggles and tales.
Dogs of our lives from Mandibelle
Fabulous shots from Jazzytower
Harlem on my mind from Roaming urban gypsy.
I bet I saw a pirate in this shot from Writing in North Norfolk
Such cute sights from Never A Dull Bling, makes you wear a smile.
Fantastic Moosey shots from Honestme363.
Are we enjoying these views yet?
So, add a of yours? Pretty please with a cherry on top 😉
Regards,

Here are my entries. I can’t remember if I shared Signs of the Times previously. Getting ready to turn 57 on Feb. 27th so maybe my memory is turning to Swiss cheese! Anyway that neighborhood is called Hell’s Kitchen.

There are many murals (street art) where I live in Brooklyn. Literally walking down the street is like being in an outdoor museum with really cool vibrant art created by those living in the community.

As always your snap shots are great. Wonderful outdoor views and people watching!

I don’t think you have shared them. I will take a look. Happy birthday in advance. You don’t look it at all and this not flattery.
Thank you 🙂

An interesting challenge. As soon as life settles down to a more bearable pace, I’ll take it up.

Oh Jacqueline, come visit and tell me what you think. Get scholars from Saudi Arabia to comment, please, please, and we will take up reading more Koran- we are gravely defective in that, having read only the first chapter and a few other bits. At least we have an official translation, from the free guys over in Dearborn, they sent it to me for free. We swear this blog is true, the best we can do. Erase this if you like- no, please do erase the message, (as it is not really a comment on this blog but an e-mail) but have scholars read the blog. Give Peace a Chance.

Some of the best writing of my life happened tonight. We have about 8 inches of snow! Peace to You.

Amazing photos. I will have more photos soon. It is very grey and dismal in my neighborhood. Even though grey and dismal can make an interesting pic, I prefer to share colorful and happy pics of my area.
