Ronovan always chooses words that makes me titter. I like the pair that we got this week ‘class and firm.’ 🙂

I laughed so hard when I watched it. That’s simply awful to wear such dangerous shoes.

Absolutely! And I was thinking that probably none of those shoes actually fit the foot of the women wearing them.

A month ago, we were walking behind a young lady at the mall, she was perched on this pair of heels that literally wobbled as she walked. Just as my son said, mommy see how high her shoes are and it’s shaking, the shoes slid and she sprawled all over the floor.

Hahaha! Why do they wear them if they aren’t able to stand up on those stilts! LOL!

They should ban those shoes before someone get’s badly injured!

Yes, that’s true. I wouldn’t want anyone to get injured from wearing them.

Haha! I have indeed fallen wearing killer heels a time or two. I find myself looking for heels inbetween now not a tiny heel but not a five inch one either. Also, placement of the heel is very important, if it is placed to far back the heels are too uncomfortable to wear 🙂 Good post!

In my earlier days of dabbling I nearly sprained an ankle when I twisted it. That quickly cured my fascination for them. Now like you, I settle for mid-stream heels and stable ones..

I hate how good they look. But how bad they feel lol.

This is no sense, no balance! People can still model without risking breaking their necks.

from the images I have seen from the outfits, commonsense is not exactly a large commodity on the runways of Milan and Paris :0

I was glad to see that at least one woman in the video came to her senses and took the damn things off! I’ve sometimes joked (?) that high heels are part a conspiracy.

Honestly, I fail to understand the whole logic. Is it to maim themselves or what?

I’m guessing that for some people, conforming to the popular media standards of beauty is more important than health and safety – and of course more important than comfort.

OMG! I laughed like crazy after watching the video which goes perfectly with the Haiku… 🙂
But I also feel really very sorry for those girls but still couldn’t control laughing!

I felt really sorry for them as well. At a point my chest hurt from laughter. I wondered if it’s by force to wear such dangerous shoes? I value my legs and neck. Thank you Srivi.

The video is hilarious!! I did the platform shoes thing back in the 1970s. Fell twisted my left ankle at a right angle! Pain. Swelling. Then I went to the next shoe fad called Earth Shoes which young people now a days call Birkenstocks! There is a reason that these shoes are called Killer Heels! LOL!! 🙂 😀
