I am a head strong,determined soul..

and thus my heart is a valiant soul!

Blogging enthralls me as I can open up my heart like the river flow and ponder about the mysterious lessons of life. My blog comprises of everything connected to our lives and heart.. I am passionate about reading, cooking and of course dancing..it somehow soothes me and my bones! So,basically..my blog will include everything, from deepest thought of life to my culinary skills, from poetry to random pearls of my life.. I hope you shall enjoy!

Parenting is hard:  Your patience has to be thick yet malleable in order to be a parent. There are no perfect parents, but there are good parents who are trying their best to raise their children well.

Stupid things I did when I was young: I know you got up to some silly stuff growing up. Do share with us at least for a good laugh 😉

Are you present or can today wait: how much of a procrastinator are you? I think this should be kept where the eyes can fall on it each morning.

Simplest ways to attain peace: Taming the mind to find inner peace can be a challenge. However, it’s doable.

Goodbye my mango:  are you able to paint delightful pictures in the mind with your words? Bellybytes did a beautiful job painting the brief Summer and Monsoon season in my head. I can visualise that lady rushing down the street with her umbrella turned upside down by the blowing winds.

It’s official, USA joins the 3rd World: Hmm, I can’t lay claims to prolific knowledge about American politics, but these are certainly interesting times.

Dear Earth: if we probably thought more about Earth, we would surely treat it better and be better ourselves.

Long may it wave: I wear a wry smile as I read Oneta’s short post which is so ironically true. We want it short, right now and so on and so forth, yet we all want long healthy life. Isn’t life just great 🙂

Porch Ministry: Michelle’s beautiful story took me back to the day’s of sitting in front of my parent’s verandah and shredding corn while listening to my mother or grandmother entertain us with stories. A lot of life went on in front of that verandah, a lot of tradition handed down and beautiful memories made. These days, people hide away inside, behind their doors, they don’t even know who their neighbours are anymore – because they can’t be bothered. It’s a sad shame!

In love with the Lord: these 20 words of Martha’s packs a deal of strength. I like it.

All about me:  Mo of Mugglestones and Mayhem let’s us into her World by sharing parts of her personal life with us. I always find it refreshing to get to know those I interact with a bit better and today not only did she share some aspect about her but a little knowledge of Mugglestones, which is quite enlightening to know. From her information, Mugglestones  are a combination of Golden Brown Tiger Eye, Hematite, and Red Jasper, exhibits the metaphysical properties of its components, as well as its own.

Mugglestones helps you to regroup and calm scattered energies especially after conflicts with other people, as in groups.

Finally clean: a beautiful, uplifting poem from Jamila. A little snippet below:

My life was stumbling,

Come on in, let’s get this party started.

You are most welcome. Do make yourself comfortable and join the fun.

Some of you are used to the party mode, but just a quick run through on a few party etiquette’s for the new one’s in our midst; nothing tedious.

Refreshments are nicely arranged down the page: Drinks, Chocolates, Cakes, Donuts, freshly squeezed juice, Coffee, Tea and so much more. :-)

We have our own Intercontinental Chef in the house, just place your orders😉

The little rules of play:
