I couldn’t smile more than I am smiling right now. Stumbling upon this post as I sifted through the hundreds of post’s, has totally made my day 😊😊
A creative A to Z which resonates with me and maybe you 😊.
I am grateful for a time such as this. I know that I have a long way to go to achieve some of my goals and my dreams, but the fact that I have set off on my way, makes me excited each day as I key into the day to try and do the best that I can.
At this present time, I seriously appreciate where I am.
We humans always find something to groan and moan about, including the weather.
I watched the monster cold waves that hit some parts of China and I was literally sneezing by mere thoughts.
There is also heat wave in some parts of the World like Australia and South Africa and who knows where else.
So, I am thankful to be in-between. I have decided that my grass is green and I will try to stop peering at the neighbours manicured lawn.
What about you? What little thing do you have to be thankful for or are you busy stretching your neck beyond your own yard?
You might want to join Colline’s or Maria Jansson gratitude challenge platforms.
Kind regards,

The candid emotions of this letter had me nodding every word of the way.
One can choose to rise above adversity or make excuses for the rest of their lives We live our best lives now because we are not guaranteed tomorrow.
One of my best moments of the day is when I settle down to surf the internet. It’s a daily routine I enjoy. My companion for this daily act is always my favorite cup of tea. It keeps me warm, especially now when the cold is gathering momentum, making me reach for warmth wrapped tightly in woolen clothes.
I tell you, the thoughts of stepping outside at this time sends cold shivers all over me. It’s no longer news that I dread this harsh winter. However, it has become a necessary evil to live with so I should just learn to love it or pretend to love it, at least. But I do love the fact that it forces me to stay indoors and connect with my home and inner self. I guess I should stop this nagging or whinning, right? Haha!
Yesterday, while observing this ritual of connecting with…

This changing Gif of David Bowie’s profile that I saw on Fictional Kevin‘s blog just caught my eye’s. Bowie was one brilliant talent. He will surely be missed but his legacy has been printed on the sands of time.
You never know that those little drops of words you leave here and there really add up to something. Rosema’s words plastered a lovely smile on my face and warmed by heart. I love this community 🙂 *By the way, does this mean I am a talkative 😉
More than the number of followers, more than the number of views, it is the words from my co-bloggers that encourage me the most. – rosemawrites
The first week of 2016 was over but my gratefulness for the past year has not ended yet.
Today, for my 50 Days of Gratefulness’ Day 35,36 and 37, let me make a simple thank you note for the five lovely ladies who have never ran out of kind words for me last year.

“People write,” he said, “to make sense of their lives.”
Brenda, an outstanding writer and member of our local writers’ group quoted that line from a workshop she recently attended. Being the excellent writer she is, when Brenda makes a writing point of emphasis I take notice.
People write to make sense of their lives.
The line struck me as profound and I immediately began exploring my own writing experiences. Is that why I write, too? To make sense of my own life?
“No,” I thought to myself, “No, I write to share what I’ve learned with others.” Trained and experienced as an engineer and manager, I began writing shortly after retiring. That’s also about the time I began to seriously explore my place in the universe.
Oh!
Maybe I was subconsciously trying to make sense of my life in the big scheme of forever. Pondering further, I realized something…
