I want to get in and join the fun :O)) You have the energy…b12, vitamin C and/or just moving the body by walking gives energy…lots of water energizes the body also. I drink almost a gallon a day especially when Summer rolls around. Much Love, Emma

I am lucky to be able to just stroll around…being outside in sunshine and grass is a wonderful thing … 🙂 it is delightful to see kids having fun

I competely agree. Children need as much outside and play time as possible these days – because of so much gadget technology.

I wish that parents would realize that we are not doing the children a lot of favour by allowing them too much gadget time.

I concur Jackie. I tell my niece and lil sis, go outside and enjoy the breeze, run, skip. I did my share already so now I can stay a bit longer than them on the gadgets :P.
