Fingers
caress her tender scalp
luxurious tendrils of auburn hair
are put in a twisted knot
‘I love you forever’
I whisper into her ears
shivery bumps run down her spine
as she sighs in dreamy reply.

I started out with a mother and a baby in mind, then it wandered further when I remember how good it feels when my husband gives me a scalp massage 😉
