So true. Especially for us over-thinkers. All fingers pointing toward me. We’re on the same wave-length today. It must be the weather…how is the weather at your house?:0)
True. But sadly traumatic experiences are bonded and rooted within your mind and you might think you’ve cut the cord but then the nightmares always come back to haunt you. It’s like mold that infests your house then gets into your system. Almost impossible to remove. Memories of abuse and neglect never really go away. Especially abuse that happened when you were young. It sets the stage for your entire life no matter how many affirmations you repeat, good deeds that you do or even how often you attend church. The demons are always there just waiting for you.

True, and yet when I can’t escape a bad place or situation, I look for help. I find a little prayer goes a long way. I love your work, Sis.
