If you don’t promote your craft, no one else will!
No matter how cheesy this might sound, it’s the truth.
Artists are the first to put themselves down and don’t place value on their own worth.
I guess that’s where the phrase ‘hungry artist’ came from.
Brilliant set of people who choose to stay hungry 😉
There’s a difference between blowing your trumpet – which by the way is allowed, so long as you are not too noisy with it – and managing your skilled craft.
P.S. Have you checked out this opportunity to get paid for your creations?
thats true. content is the king.. but Marketting is the queen.. people forget that often

I couldn’t understand how it all works. You mean we should go about it with your blog or we can directly register it with Niume.
I could not see the Interviews you take on your blog, I had asked about it a few days back. Can you give the URLs of the ones you have taken.
Thanks
Shiva

Hello Shiva, I sent an email to you with the link for the interviews, I wonder why it didn’t get through. Here it is again. https://acookingpotandtwistedtales.com/category/guest-posts/
For Niume, they provide a link to the referrer, in this case, me, you connect to Niume through my referral link, then you register directly with them. My referral link can be found in this post http://theartofbeautifulexpressions.com/publish-posts-niume-earn-immediately/

So true. I often feel embarrassed to post some of the stuff I do, but then I remind myself that it’s my own stuff so why do I care. As long as I am proud of it.
I’ve nominated you for a Blogger Recognition Award.

For those who think that a false modesty is needed when discussing their own artistic endeavors I say, it ain’t bragging if you can do it.

It’s so important to self-promote and to partner with others who will help promote your work. I don’t need to be a household name, but if it happens, I won’t knock it. 😀
