Welcome to my house. I’ll try hard not to terrify you to death 😉

We’ve got Black Magic, Bloody Mary ,Skulls and Bone, Flesh Juice, Crushed Bones, Pickled Veins, Marrow Worms, Boggle The Eyes’ Scary pumpkins etc, etc, Just talk to the ghoul in the house and choose your poison.

Let’s meet & mingle, shake a leg & jingle, connect & interact with other awesome folks in here.

If this is your first-time visit, the house rules of play are outlined below, if you are an old-timer, you know the drill.

Just some little party rules:

  1. You must mix and mingle with others. Don’t be a wallflower. Go say hello to someone and you can participate in the Tag a poem, a thought or quote below.
  2. Let us know where you are blogging from.
  3.  Please leave your blog link or post link in the comment box below along with introductions.
  4. It’s one link per comment, but come back as often as you’d like, that way it’s easier to focus on a link at a time for others.
  5. Please reblog, spread the word of the party like butter, or like, share on Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Facebook, etc. Tell your family, friends,  blogging neighbours, even your blogging pets.
  6. Have fun, it’s a great way to find bloggers and have them find you.
  7. Please show some love. Reblog this post. It helps all of us! The more people that see and participate in it, the more potential new follows! So, share and share voraciously!

      3. Thank you so much for taking time to read my writing & so pleased that you’ve opted to become one of my followers. 🙂

        When you next feel like reading one of my pieces, I recommend “Beauty Fades From the Train” or “Men of the House” if you have the time to read a short story. I’d love to hear your thoughts on them.

        I’m hoping to write more short stories shortly. I’ve been working on writing enough poems that I’m satisfied with to fill a book of them (and hope to publish them shortly). My next project will be a book of short stories.

        I feel like I can do the writing bit…but not at all confident with the blogging bit. Suffer from low self-esteem and social anxiety, so not very great at selling myself. Doesn’t really help in this field but hopefully I’ll improve someday. Perhaps you can provide some tips for gaining more followers. Writing must be much easier if you can feel more confident that people actually want to read what you write.

      6. My writing esteem isn’t that great. But I started this blog because I feel like I have so much to say and yet I’m keeping those parts away. I need to open up more and I suppose not worry if people want to read it, but do it more because I need to write it. I have social anxiety too. Check out my Quiet Rant. Your poetry is beautiful. I want to sit down with a glass of wine and read it all! Good luck with the book, I would certainly buy it!

  8. Happy Halloween everyone! I have my treats ready to go for the little and not so little ones. I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend! Here, the ground is covered in a foot of snow. I told my hubby that we should just put out the Christmas decorations.     I’ve been participating October Poetry Writing Month so lately Ive been writing a ton of poetry. I also write short fiction, Flashfiction, and am working on my novel second draft. It’s really taking me awhile to go through. Not so much because of the editing but the time and energy. I also write a nonfiction piece here and there on my experiences, beauty, or fashion.
