Online Blog Party

Let’s cook up a party – Party Live Link. πŸ’ƒπŸŽΆπŸŽΉπŸ°πŸ‘πŸ—πŸŽπŸΊπŸΈ

Come on in, let’s get this party started.

You are most welcome. Do make yourself comfortable and join the fun.

Some of you are used to the party mode, but just a quick run through on a few party etiquette’s for the new one’s in our midst; nothing tedious.

Refreshments are nicely arranged down the page: Drinks, Chocolates, Cakes, Donuts, freshly squeezed juice, Coffee, Tea and so much more. :-)

We have our ownΒ Intercontinental Chef in the house, just place your ordersπŸ˜‰

The little rules of play:

  1. You must mix and mingle with others. Don’t be a wallflower. Go say hello to someone and you can participate in the Tag a poem/story below, riddle and do tell us where you are partying from:-)
  2. Β Please leave your blog link or post link in the comment box below along with an introduction.
  3. It’s one link per comment, but come back as often as you’d like, that way it’s easier to focus on a link at a time for others.
  4. Please reblog, spread the word of the party like butter, or like, share on Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Facebook, etc. Tell your family, friends, Β blogging neighbours, even your blogging pets.
  5. Have fun, it’s a great way to find bloggers and have them find you.
  6. Please show some love. Reblog this post. It helps all of us! The more people that see and participate in it, the more potential new follows! So, share and share voraciously!

There we have it. Since all the rules have been clearly explained, have fun and make the most of it :-)

Thank you for coming to my party and supporting my blog. You rock.

We are COOKING A LARGE POT OF FOOD THIS WEEKEND, so what shall we make? Let’s know where you are partying from and what are you going to add to the boiling pot?

I currently write from DXB – Dubai and I am adding some Chilli peppers to the pot πŸ˜‰

Hope poem – you can add your own stanza to build it…

She stirred HOPE in her pot

hoping that the delightful aromaΒ

will blossom and spread some LOVE

to those around her….

Riddle for Kids

Which creature walks on four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three legs in the evening?

hiddenPlease have some fun, mingle and make friends. Once again, thank you for coming:-)

      1. Oh dear Pamela, what a cents of humor you have!! So happy to see you hope you are enjoying the party!! I’ve just arrived so I’m off to get a drink, some goodies and greet some others. Thanks for the laughter to start things off on the right foot!! πŸ™‚

      2. Pamela, it’s not lame at all (to me at least…but I will admit that my sense of humor isn’t that refined, and I laugh at almost anything) But, I think that it’s a pretty good money joke that could give a joke book a run for its money. And it’s really cool that it also ties in with your blog. πŸ˜‰

  4. Hi there… I wasn’t invited per say, but you all seem like a very nice crowd, and the party looks great πŸ™‚ I have a few cans of maple syrup with me (being from QuΓ©bec, Canada, you can’t go wrong with maple syrup πŸ˜‰ ) and I hope I can squeeze in?

I am not joining the link to my personal Blog, since it it pretty amateurish and I am still quite new to Blogtown, but I’d like to introduce you to a dear Blogger-friend of mine who writes fantasy short stories of all kinds… I would love to bring him new readers, he sure deserves it (ok, I am biased a little, but he does have great stories to tell) Here is the first of a series of fantasy-mystery tales revolving around the Clue (famous board game) characters…

  11. Hi Jacqueline. I’m finally getting around to visiting. Or maybe I’m I’m early, not really sure. But thank you for hosting a marvelous party. Has been a busy weekend – Canada Day Celebrations, and catching up on writing after being out with the flu a week and a half. But I’m great now and happy to be well. Hope no one else has this summer flu!

My blog is fiction, poetry, and some nonfiction here and there, I’m participating in #wordhighjuly Filipino word prompts throughout the month, as well as doing another round of poetry101 for the next 10 days. I’m taking a break from my novel editing to let my work marinate a bit. I have a few chapters done in second draft on wattpad an app or found online. You can check-out the beginning of the novel on there I’m @mandibelle16. I will add chapters as I start to edit more.

  12. Oh just wanted to explain. I’m using wattpad, hoping to get more feedback from random people on there. So far little luck, we’ll see. A lot of great emerging authors to be found on there and to be able to read there work in a slightly rough form, but still in chapters.

    As for the poem:

She stirred charity in her pot,
Desiring that those who had little,
    Would find abundance;
And those with much, would share.

  13. And for the love of poetry, here goes my additions..I hope you all like it..
And I would love it if at all it can be extended further by any one of you!!
Thank you Jacqueline for the party..:)
    Happy Reading!! πŸ™‚

‘She stirred HOPE in her pot

    hoping that the delightful aroma

will blossom and spread some LOVE

    to those around her….’

    The very AROMA withered

    away the scornful faces,

    replacing them all with

    happy peeps around…

    The very LOVE with which

    she cooked, ushered exuberance

as if they all had been

together like the beads in a string!

Do drop in to check it out:
