The Daily Post

Rolling Stones…

Her parents worked on circus grounds
her life was a merry go round.
Da threw knives and ate fire
Ma a nimble gymnast he desires.
They moved from town to town
in colourful travelling caravans.
Like rolling stone that gathered no moss
most times she felt a sense of loss
from all the towns they had to cross.
For many times, she made a friend
it always quickly came to an end.
