I am confident of this. That HE who began the good work in me is faithful to the end.
These are awesome quotes:
Mandibelle “There is something beautiful about a blank canvas, the nothingness of the beginning that is so simple and breathtakingly pure. It’s the paint that changes its meaning and the hand that creates the story. Every piece begins the same, but in the end, they are all uniquely different.” – Piper Payne
Susieshy45 Matthew 6 “25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[e]?”
I was worrying about my graduate degree and what I will do with it and how famous I would become after it. How stupid. I understood that the Lord needs me to live in the present and not some hypothetical distant future.
Eugenia Love doesn’t just sit there, like a stone, it has to be made, like bread; remade all the time, made new.”
― Ursula K. Le Guin, The Lathe of Heaven
Bette A Stevens “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” ~Margaret Mead
Canadian Teacher Way back someone once wrote me a short quote that I often remember too late. I rush through places and things because I want to do something else or be with someone at the end of my travels – missing the things along the way. Getting to my destination and usually wondering why didn’t I stop and enjoy things along the way? I think I should write the quote and post it in my car. The quote is “Be where you are at.” I’m trying to.
P.S. If you wish to join this positive affirmation challenge running for 90 days, please add your quote to the comments and each day, I’ll share everyone’s quote with their links.

What a great reminder for today! I can’t tell you how discouraged I’ve been lately. I’ve wanted to throw in the towel on so many of my pursuits, but I know I need to stay the course. God isn’t finished yet!

Nope. He’s not done with us. I know that there are many moments like this when we feel low, discouraged and we want to throw in the towel… believe me that it will pass. Just keep your eyes on The Way Maker.
