Whistling Happy Tunes

Lazy mornings are coming right up – at least no early school morning dashes for the next two weeks ‘cos the kiddos are going on a school break this weekend.

I’ll savour these forthcoming quiet early moments and take positive advantage of them by just lying in and devouring some pages of a good book, working on my book, clattering away on my laptop before duty calls.

I am thankful for these mini-breaks in the hectic transmission of the days of our lives and I’m whistling – Tra la, la twiddle dee, dee…

    I am glad you have this time to yourself and your children. I wish I could lie in bed on a holiday too but habits grow strong and I need to be up and about the usual time even on holidays.

    1. Thanks Susie, I am usually up at 4 am each day and I go to bed between 10 and 11 pm on a great day. On not so great days it happens at 12 midnight, so these little opportunities to get up an hour later is just blissful 🙂

  7. Hi. I have noticed some of your posts are missing the “Commets” section and/or button. Such as the post “It’s never Too Late”. The post only allows Sharing or Liking. Other people’s posts are having the same problem. I am messaging you because this is one posts that still allows comments. I will let WP know and can you let them know too.
