I’m so sorry for your loss, this was a lovely tribute to a loving father.
My father passed away 3 days before your father did. What surprises me is how the small things remind me of him almost daily. There are times when I see his face in the face of another, his height in the height of another, even his handwriting.
Indeed, “Gone but never forgotten”. 🙂
