The year 2015 is practically a wrap. A big thank you

We made it through despite so much upheaval around the World, so many individual challenges that looked insurmountable, and if there is nothing else to say, the fact that we waded through it all, is a massive blessing and a huge reason to be thankful.

My gratitude challenge today is two pronged.

Foremost, I am truly thankful to God for so many things that I can’t begin to count but above all, the gift of life, the gift of family and the gift of friends.

I deeply appreciate the connections that I have made on this platform.

A lot of you have been winds in my wings and oxygen in my lungs.

Your words have decorated my heart in indescribable ways and I am grateful that I met you in this space.

I have received a whole bunch of award nominations from my good friends and I truly must appreciate them for the generosity of their hearts.

Please, let me apologize upfront if I missed out mentioning a nomination.

It is not a slight but an oversight, because it has grown in number (over 20 of them) and I truly didn’t want to inundate people with putting out an award post ever so often.

  9. I too am thankful to have met you on WP Jacqueline.:0) You’ve reminded me of nominations I’ve put on the back burner and I think one of them pending is from you. You’ve been such a support to me over the last six months and in ways you can’t know, brightened some pretty difficult days. I’m lousy at awards but I truly, appreciate you. I understand about the awards thing. It can be a bit hectic trying to accept it all which is why I simply lump them together.

  12. Lovely Jacky, If I were to award you, I would give you all the awards I can think of. You are so special and I only use this word for lack of a better one. You are such a sweet soul and an inspiration that is rare to find. One of my blessings is God always puts excellence on my path to keep me learning and growing. I consider you an embodiment of excellence and I want you to know this although you already know it so that you may keep on. May God continue to inspire you to keep going for what he has carefully lodged at the top of the ladder for you until you get it. The best in 2016.

    1. The award of your words says it all. What can I say but thank God. It truly surprises me when people care to show their appreciation and think of me. It actually humbles me. I am not yet excellent but striving to be a vessel of honour unto the Lord.
