Like a moth, I am attracted to light. These are just cheap pieces of glass hanging down a lamp holder, but they sure look pretty to me and they tinkle when you shake them.

I have no idea what the purpose of the red contraption is, but I found it colourful enough to draw my attention and my rough guess is that it’s something to do with the paintwork, after all, there are cans of paint in there as well 😉

Though these are the fallen ones, the cluster of bougainvillea still look pretty and can be pretty useful even as they are. They can be dried and used for a potpourri.
Asides from their ornamental qualities, the bougainvillea is known to have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-tumor, anti-fertility properties, treating diabetes etc.

I stepped out of the car and saw the bikers protective gear and simply couldn’t resist playing with the hood.
I stuck my face in the reflective shield and took a couple of snaps. The owner had an amusing smile on his face, I bet he thought I was cuckoo.
The truth is that I’ve always loved big bikes from a distance but my nerves are yet to allow me to learn how to ride one.

It’s simply a tree bark, yet it’s gorgeous in its rough and crumbly texture with the sticky sap oozing out of its pores.
The sap must taste like caramel toffee or a sip of nectar ‘cos I saw little ants running up and down the length of the trunk, fetching and carrying little bits of dried sap that’s 3x their size.
Did you know that plant sap is rich in sucrose?

The way the runner plant is all twisted around the ceiling grid is just lovely.
To create beautiful surroundings takes only imagination.

In my usual meandering, I came across this blooming plant sitting on top of the rocks and a thought crossed my mind.
We should see the rocks in our path as our stepping stones. That way, you can bloom where you are planted because love can grow even among the hard rocks.
A nondescript plant became a little lesson in nature and life.
Unfortunately, it was a bit steep to go up and since I’m not much of a rock climber, I admired it from below.
