It is said that patience is a virtue and that a patient dog eats the fattest bone. Unfortunately, these days, a patient dog barely finds any bone, not to talk of eating a fat one.

I appreciate canid wisdom, Jacqueline, especially today. Cole and I rescued a pair of old toy breed doggies after their human passed on. Today you make me glad my dogs always ate mostly meaty, fatty bones. In a coconutshell, this will be the first time I feed my dogs commercial products. 😀
