The challenge is simple. Find beauty in everyday mundane things, capture the beauty and upload the photographs.
When a bird leaves its feather behind, what does that signify? I’ve seen several lost feathers on the foot path and wondered what it meant. Is it that the weather is too hot and these birds are undressing themselves one feather at a time to lighten the weight and keep cool?

I was thinking that also. Maybe it is a way for them to keep cool. Or like humans shed hair perhaps birds molt. The old feathers go out and the new grow in.
