Agreed. I found in my 70 pound weight loss journey that excuses didn’t burn calories and excuses also didn’t get me any closer to my goal in my debt free journey. Had to drop the excess excuse baggage. It weighed and slowed down my progress.

As always I’m still struggling with my health. Tomorrow 2 doctor appointments. It’s a continuous battle that never ends. I’m on vacation which is good but one day I hope to take a vacation that does not entail doctor visits. One day modern medicine might actually find a solution to my medical problems and I will be able to lead a more active life. Today bed. All day.
