I saw this urine wall chart in a restroom and I’ve got my tongue in my cheek as I ask such a cheeky question; how is your piss?
One’s eyes may be the window to their soul, but the toilet bowl is certainly a window into your body.
The state of one’s piss (please bear with me and don’t laugh) has a lot to say about your health and let it not be said that you are piss poor. Here’s an interesting article on the origin of the popular saying “piss poor.”
Hydrate some more today.

A glass of water every half an hour? That’s insane! I had four kids in four years, I learned how to evaluate my dehydrated state. 🙂

Lol… we where made aware how important it is to drink water. Behind each cubical door was this chart in english with the different shades of yellow. I think we saw this for over a month. This was ten years plus ago snd it was at a work place… whilst we where being told of redundancies..
You gotta love it… but it worked cause i am quite aware of the shades of yellow.. but do be aware if you take bcomplex vit… you get a super bright yellow… lol haha

Being a nurse, I find this quite practical. Now if you want to go deeper (pardon me) let’s have a “crap chat”. That’s where it really gets interesting, and honestly, very important!
