Countless times she forgot
but he reminded her
that His love
is free.
Countless times she doubted
but His steadfastness
was forever
enduring.
Countless times she fell
but His right hand
propped her
upright.
Countless troubles called
but he remained
a tower of
refuge.

When someone so sweet as You can praise we Male folks it is for us to raise our collars, isn’t?
Thanks so, countless times again from our side.
I am smiling too!

Great words. He indeed reminds us countless times about His love, but we only forget. I noticed you have used a specific pattern …4,3,2,1 words. Is this some poetic device…just trying to learn each day 🙂

Thanks my dear. I was just being creative on my own, trying a new pattern. You could try something like this. It’s short and fun 🙂

This poem is the perfect reminder that we need to pick our heads up once and a while and look to Him whose above all things.
I just noticed your postscript. Will there be a communal writing thing at this weekend’s blog party? I will try to stop by on Saturday. Sunday is owned my my family. Who knows if I will get near pc let alone WP that day 🙂 They might have me flipping burgers on the grill. 🙂
