Mundane Monday Challenge is created to find beauty in almost everything.
The challenge is simple : find beauty in everyday mundane things, capture the beauty and upload the photographs.
We came across this passage during our weekend meandering and I would have loved a little more wandering, but my dear Himself reminds me that I am not Hercules Poirot nor Christopher Columbus and I partially satisfied my curiousity by taking a photo from the entrance.
I still can’t help wondering what’s behind those walls. I think my interest is stoked by the lamps that light up the passage since it was getting dark 😉
Do you ever get seized with curiousity that you need all your common sense to squelch?

Below is my first just published Poetry Book “Out of the silent breath” which is available on Amazon and Smashwords.
When you buy my book, you support me in an invaluable manner.
Enchant me with your expressive eyes, that crinkles in laughter as you speak
that I may find myself ever caught between
the reflections of your pupils and there shall I remain.

Thank you for a peek into another world. 🙂

I wish I found out, but here women shouldn’t wander around uninhibitedly.

You may be right. We were wandering around the Sharjah creek and environs over the weekend. Do you live in the UAE? I’m in Dubai just in case.

So how long you’ve been in Dubai?

It’s not bad at all. Has it’s own culture and all that, but then I love getting to know other cultures. Have a great weekend.

It was so tempting, but my husband wasn’t keen on the idea.
